1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy outlines how Minthar Holdings LLC ("Minthar", "we", "our") collects, uses, and protects your data when you interact with OrgBrain. Currently, OrgBrain.co operates as a non-interactive content platform and does not collect personal data by default.

2. Current Data Practices

  • We do NOT collect user input, prompt logs, or behavioral data on OrgBrain.co.

  • No agent interfaces or memory layers are deployed on the public site.

  • All public content is static and informational (e.g. whitepapers, glossary, updates).

3. Future Agent Platform Commitments

When interactive Reflex agents and organizational toolkits are introduced:

  • Zero Internal Indexing: We will not retain, analyze, or mine your organizational context without your explicit instruction.

  • No Lock-In You retain the right to choose LLMs, storage solutions, or to self-host Reflex agents.

  • Sovereign Architecture by Default Reflex logs, deltas, and semantic trails remain your property unless you opt in to share.

4. Communication Privacy

If you subscribe to any OrgBrain Signals (TT:Delta, TT:Doctrine, TT:Loop), your email is stored securely and not shared. You may unsubscribe or adjust preferences at any time.

5. Contact and Sovereign Compliance

To request deletion, review your data, or trigger a memory reset for any future Reflex logs:
