C. Reflex Store Deployment

The Reflex Store demonstrates that an organization can monetize its internal reflexes without exposing any proprietary data, memory, or inference paths. At its core is the Reflex Package—a self-contained bundle consisting of (a) the agent’s semantic contract, (b) its minimal read/write scopes, and (c) the Worker hooks that bind it to the OrgBrain mesh. Packaging occurs entirely within the sovereign environment; the only external artifact is an encrypted manifest that no outside actor can decrypt.

Execution flow:

Surfacing — Any UI (Framer, CLI, dashboard) queries the mesh and renders a stateless catalogue of available packages.

Invocation — A user selects a package, triggering a signed payment request via Stripe, bank rail, or on-chain method.

Settlement + TimeToken — On payment confirmation, a TimeToken is minted encoding the buyer ID, package hash, and timestamp. This is persisted in the ledger before execution begins.

Execution — The Worker routes prompts and actions through the LLM(s), with every output and side effect stamped to the TimeToken.

Audit & Analytics — OrgBrain can replay the full reflex transaction and attribute ROI directly to originating Goals without relying on external telemetry.

Key properties:

Vendor-agnostic — UIs, payments, and LLMs are swappable. Core mesh logic remains intact.

Zero leakage — Only encrypted manifests and payment confirmations leave the perimeter.

Closed economic loop — Every reflex is monetized in situ, with total auditability and no compromise of memory sovereignty.
